ಶಿವಣ್ಣ, ನಾಗರತ್ನ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರಿ ರಕ್ಷಿತಾ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟವರು. ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ವಿಷ ಸೇವಿಸಿ ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸ್ ಗೌಡ ಎಂಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ನಿರಂತರ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ ಈ ದುರ್ಘಟನೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ.
ರಕ್ಷಿತಾಗೆ ಮದುವೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಕೆಯಿಂದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾದ ಸಂದೇಶಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವು ಫೋಟೋಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕಿರುಕುಳ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಮದುವೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಯುವಕನಿಗೂ ಆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಘಟನೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾದ ಡೆತ್ ನೋಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂವರ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸ್ ಗೌಡ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ವರುಣಾ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮುಂದಿನ ತನಿಖೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Three Members of a Family Die by Suicide in Mysuru District
Mysuru, June 22, 2026: A tragic incident was reported from Kempaiahanahundi village in T. Narasipura taluk of Mysuru district, where three members of a family allegedly died by suicide.
The deceased have been identified as Shivanna, Nagarathna and their daughter Rakshitha.
According to preliminary information, the family had allegedly been facing mental harassment and intimidation from a local individual.
It is alleged that messages and photographs sent by Rakshitha were used to harass her and that the material was also shared with her fiancé.
A suicide note reportedly recovered from the house allegedly mentions the individual as responsible for the circumstances leading to the deaths.
Varuna police visited the spot, registered a case and initiated further investigation.
