ಮದ್ದೂರು ಸಮೀಪ ನಡೆದ ಈ ದುರ್ಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳ ಬಿಇಒಗಳು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜಖಂಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಅಪಘಾತದ ತೀವ್ರತೆಗೆ ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಅಪಘಾತದ ಬಳಿಕ ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಸಿಲುಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ವಾಹನ ಸವಾರರು ತಕ್ಷಣ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಧಾವಿಸಿ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಗಾಯಾಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಹೊರತೆಗೆದು ಸಮೀಪದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ವೈದ್ಯರು ನಿಗಾ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Tanker Rams Vehicle Carrying Mysuru BEOs on Expressway; Two Seriously Injured
Maddur, June 22(www.kannadapost.com): A major road accident occurred on the Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway near Maddur after a tanker collided with a vehicle carrying Block Education Officers (BEOs) from Mysuru district.
The vehicle, carrying BEOs from various taluks of Mysuru district, was severely damaged in the collision. According to preliminary reports, two officers sustained serious injuries.
Following the accident, some occupants were trapped inside the damaged vehicle. Local residents and motorists rushed to the spot and assisted in the rescue operation. The injured were safely evacuated and shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
