ಹಾಸನ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 5,2026(www.kannadapost.com): ಆದಾಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಆರೋಪದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸನ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ (AEE) ಎಂ.ಸಿ. ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರ ಮನೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ನಗರದ ರಕ್ಷಣಾಪುರಂ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿವಾಸದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಂಜಾನೆ 5.15ಕ್ಕೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಡಿವೈಎಸ್ಪಿ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಇನ್ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಶಿಲ್ಪಾ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 15 ಮಂದಿಯ ತಂಡ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿತು. ಆದರೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮನೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದರೂ, ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಇದ್ದ ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರು ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆಯದೆ ಸುಮಾರು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲೆನೋವಾದ ಎಇಇ ಹಠ
ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಬಂದ ಸುದ್ದಿ ತಿಳಿದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಮನೆಯ ಲೈಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆಯದೆ ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸತಾಯಿಸಿದರು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ, ಬಾಗಿಲು ಬಡಿದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ದೊರಕಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮನೆ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರೂ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೆಲ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮನೆಯ ಮೇಲ್ಛಾವಣಿಗೆ ಏರಿ ಕಿಟಕಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೂ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ದೊರಕಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಎಸ್ಪಿ ಭೇಟಿ
ಈ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಎಸ್ಪಿ ಬಿ.ಎನ್. ನಂದಿನಿ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
4 ಗಂಟೆ ನಂತರ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ
ಸುಮಾರು 4 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆದರು. ನಂತರ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಮನೆಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು, ನಗದು, ಆಭರಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮನೆ ಅಳತೆ ಕೂಡ ತೆಗೆದು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ದಾಳಿ
ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರರಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮುಖಂಡ ಜೆಸಿಬಿ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಅವರ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೂ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿತು. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಹಾಸನ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಚೇರಿ ಡ್ರಾಯರ್ಗಳ ಕೀ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ಬಳಿ ಇದ್ದುದರಿಂದ ಮನೆಗೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೀ ತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ನಿಯಮ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಆರೋಪ
ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರು 2008ರಿಂದ ಹಾಸನ ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಎಇಇ ಆಗಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು. 2022ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ನಿಂದ ಎಇಇ ಆಗಿ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆದರೆ ಜೂನಿಯರ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ನಿಂದ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಆಗಿ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದ ದಾಖಲೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಡಿಪಿಸಿ (Departmental Promotion Committee) ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದು ಪಾಲಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪವೂ ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕಾಯಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿನ್ನ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಣವನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿವೆ.
Lokayukta Raid: AEE Keeps Officials Waiting for 4 Hours Before Opening Door
Hassan | March 5: The Karnataka Lokayukta police conducted a raid at the residence of Hassan City Municipal Corporation Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) M.C. Satyanarayana on charges of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The raid was carried out at around 5:15 AM at his residence in Rakshanapuram area by a team of 15 officers led by Lokayukta DySP Suresh Kumar and Inspector Shilpa.
However, despite the presence of officials outside, Satyanarayana reportedly stayed inside the house and refused to open the door for nearly four hours.
Officials Wait Outside
According to sources, the officer switched off the lights and did not respond to repeated knocks and calls from Lokayukta officials.
Officers even tried accessing the house by climbing the terrace and knocking on windows but failed to get any response.
Lokayukta SP Visits Spot
Lokayukta SP B.N. Nandini visited the spot after learning about the situation and reviewed the developments before advising officials on further action.
Door Finally Opened After 4 Hours
After nearly four hours, Satyanarayana opened the door, following which the Lokayukta team entered the house and began a detailed search.
Officials examined documents, cash, jewelry and other valuables, and also measured the property as part of the investigation.
Raids on School and Office
The Lokayukta team also conducted a raid at a school owned by Congress leader JCB Chandrashekar, where Satyanarayana’s wife is reportedly a partner.
Officials also inspected Satyanarayana’s office in the Hassan City Corporation.
Allegations of Irregular Promotion
Satyanarayana worked in the Hassan Urban Development Authority since 2008 and joined the city corporation as AEE only four months ago.
He was reportedly promoted to AEE in 2022, but allegations have surfaced that proper promotion procedures were not followed.
According to sources, the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) approval may not have been obtained.
