ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ,27,2026(www.kannadapost.com): ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿರುವ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉಂಟಾದ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಚರ್ಚೆಯ ನಡುವೆ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ D. K. Shivakumar ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಹೊರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸತ್ಯವಾದರೂ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾರವಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂಬ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಜೋರಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದರ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುತ್ತವೆ
ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಹೇಳುವಂತೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಭರವಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನತೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನೇರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಹಾಗೂ ನಗರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ
ವಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ “ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಶಿಸ್ತು ತಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿದೆ” ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಡಿಸಿಎಂ, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಣದ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಣ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಜನರ ಕೈ ಸೇರಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗೆ ಚೈತನ್ಯ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜನಪರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮತೋಲನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಕೆ
ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಡಳಿತ ಮತ್ತು ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತನ್ನ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯಿಂದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸರಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

DK Shivakumar stated that the government is committed to fulfilling the promises made to people during elections. According to him, the guarantee schemes will continue without any modification or suspension.
