ಹಾಸನ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 5,2026(www.kannadapost.com): ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನೌಕರರ ವಿವಿಧ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 11ರಿಂದ ಅನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಾವಧಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಂಘದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಎಂ. ವಿಜಯ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಗುರುವಾರ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 36,397 ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನೌಕರರು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸದ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಇವು ಸೇರಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 14 ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಂಘ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ.
ಎರಡು ಹಂತದ ಮುಷ್ಕರ
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 10ರೊಳಗೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಈಡೇರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ,
ಮಾ.11 ರಿಂದ 15ರವರೆಗೆ: ತುರ್ತು ಸೇವೆ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಹೊರರೋಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸ್ಥಗಿತ
ಮಾ.16ರಿಂದ: ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಈಡೇರುವವರೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕಾರ
ಮೂಲಕ ಮುಷ್ಕರ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ್ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕೊರತೆ
ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ A, B, C, D ವರ್ಗ ಸೇರಿ 3007 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಮಂಜೂರಾಗಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 1440 ಮಂದಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
1567 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಖಾಲಿ
529 ಮಂದಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ
46 ವೈದ್ಯರನ್ನು ಡಿಸಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ಇದರ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಇನ್ನೂ 998 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಖಾಲಿ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಹೆಚ್ಒ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕ ಜಗದೀಶ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ ಹಾಗೂ IMA ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿವೆ.

Hassan | March 6: Government doctors and health department employees in Karnataka have announced an indefinite strike from March 11 demanding fulfillment of various pending demands.
Speaking at a press conference, Dr. B.M. Vijay, District President of the Karnataka Government Medical Officers Association, said that despite multiple meetings with the Health Minister and senior officials, the demands of doctors and staff have not been addressed.
Key Demands
The associations have raised 14 major demands, including:
Amendment to cadre and recruitment rules
Publication of seniority lists for all cadres
Promotions for eligible doctors and staff
Opportunities for higher education for in-service doctors
Amendments to transfer policy
Filling vacant posts in district hospitals and autonomous institutions
Adequate supply of medicines
Resolution of issues faced by contract doctors and staff
Two-Phase Strike Plan
If the government fails to act before March 10:
March 11–15: Outpatient services will be suspended except emergency care
From March 16: Doctors and staff will boycott duties until demands are met
Staff Shortage in Hassan
In Hassan district:
Total sanctioned posts: 3007
Currently working: 1440
Vacant posts: 1567
Additionally:
529 employees are working on contract basis
46 doctors appointed by the Deputy Commissioner
Even after these arrangements, 998 posts remain vacant, officials said.
