ಪಶು ಸಂಗೋಪನೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಭಾರೀ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ: ಹಾಲು ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ, ಕುರಿ–ಮೇಕೆ ಸಾಕಾಣಿಕೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಯೋಜನೆ
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮಾರ್ಚ್,6,2026 (www.kannadapost.com): ಪಶು ಸಂಗೋಪನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೈನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಲವು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದು, ರೈತರ ಆದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ.
ಹಾಲು ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸುಮಾರು 8.75 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹಾಲು ಉತ್ಪಾದಕರಿಂದ 81.78 ಲಕ್ಷ ಲೀಟರ್ ಹಾಲು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ 9.07 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹಾಲು ಉತ್ಪಾದಕರಿಂದ ಸರಾಸರಿ 1 ಕೋಟಿ ಲೀಟರ್ ಹಾಲು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಹಾಲು ಉತ್ಪಾದಕರಿಗೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಇದ್ದ ₹609 ಕೋಟಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಧನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ₹4,523 ಕೋಟಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಧನ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪಶುಗಳ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ
ಅನುಗ್ರಹ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಕುರಿ, ಮೇಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಸುಗಳ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಧನವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದುವರೆಗೆ 1.70 ಲಕ್ಷ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ₹101 ಕೋಟಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅಲೆಮಾರಿ ಕುರಿಗಾಹಿಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಕಾನೂನು
“ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಅಲೆಮಾರಿ ಕುರಿಗಾಹಿಗಳ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ – 2025” ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದುವರೆಗೆ 6,702 ಕುರಿಗಾಹಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹೊಸ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ 300 ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
2026-27ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಬಾರ್ಡ್ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ 100 ಹೊಸ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಕುರಿ–ಮೇಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಸು ಸಾಕಾಣಿಕೆ ಯೋಜನೆ
ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ:
10,000 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ 25% ಸಹಾಯಧನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುರಿ/ಮೇಕೆ ಘಟಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ
10,000 ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ 25% ಸಹಾಯಧನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಸು ಅಥವಾ ಎಮ್ಮೆ ಖರೀದಿ
ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ₹40 ಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಮೀಸಲಿರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪಶು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೇರಿಕೆ
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲು:
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 20 ಪಶು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಕ್ಲಿನಿಕ್ ಆಗಿ ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ
ಈ ವರ್ಷ 15 ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ₹10 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೇರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು

ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಯರ್ ಮೇಕೆ ತಳಿ ಸಂವರ್ಧನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ
ಪಿರಿಯಾಪಟ್ಟಣ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕಂಪಲಾಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಡೂರು ಕುರಿ ತಳಿ ಸಂವರ್ಧನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ
‘ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಂದು ಕರು’ ಯೋಜನೆ
ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳ ಸಂತಾನೋತ್ಪತ್ತಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ನಿವಾರಣೆಗೆ “ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಂದು ಕರು” ಅಭಿಯಾನದಡಿ
1,000 ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ “ಫಲಧಾರೆ ಶಿಬಿರ”ಗಳನ್ನು ₹5 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಪಶುಗಳ CT ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರ
ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳ ರೋಗ ಪತ್ತೆಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ:

ಇಲ್ಲಿ CT ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನಿಂಗ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಬೀದಿ ನಾಯಿಗಳ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ

ಈ ಎರಡು ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ವಾನ ಸಂತಾನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
Karnataka Strengthens Animal Husbandry Sector with Dairy Support and Livestock Schemes
Bengaluru: The Karnataka government has introduced several initiatives to strengthen the animal husbandry and dairy sector, aiming to increase farmers’ income and improve livestock management across the state.
Increase in Milk Procurement
When the government assumed office, milk procurement stood at 81.78 lakh litres per day from 8.75 lakh producers.
Currently, procurement has increased to around 1 crore litres per day from 9.07 lakh milk producers.
A total of ₹4,523 crore incentive payments, including pending ₹609 crore, have been distributed to milk suppliers.
Compensation for Livestock Death
Under the Anugraha Scheme, compensation for accidental death of sheep, goats and cattle has been increased.
So far, ₹101 crore has been distributed to 1.70 lakh beneficiaries.
Welfare Act for Nomadic Shepherds
The Karnataka Traditional Nomadic Shepherds Welfare Act, 2025 has been implemented.
A total of 6,702 identity cards have been issued to shepherds so far.
New Veterinary Infrastructure
The government has taken steps to construct new buildings for 300 veterinary institutions.
In 2026-27, another 100 buildings will be constructed with NABARD assistance.
Livestock Development Schemes
To promote livestock farming:
10,000 beneficiaries will receive 25% subsidy for sheep/goat units
10,000 beneficiaries will receive subsidy for purchasing cows or buffaloes
A budget of ₹40 crore has been allocated for these schemes.
Veterinary Hospitals Upgraded
To expand specialist veterinary services:
20 veterinary hospitals upgraded to polyclinics
15 more taluk-level hospitals will be upgraded with ₹10 crore funding
Breed Development Centers
Boer Goat Breeding Center in Mysuru
Bandur Sheep Breeding Center development in Kampalapura, Periyapatna Taluk
“One Calf Per Year” Program
To address livestock breeding issues, “Faladhara Camps” will be organized in 1,000 Gram Panchayats with a budget of ₹5 crore.
CT Scan Centers for Animals
For advanced diagnosis of animal diseases, CT scanning facilities will be introduced for the first time at veterinary hospitals in:
Bengaluru Veterinary College
Bidar Veterinary College
Dog Population Control Training Centers
To scientifically control stray dog population, Dog Sterilization Training Centers will be established in Bengaluru and Bidar for veterinarians and veterinary students.
