ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 2,2026(www.kannadapost.com): ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ (Internal Reservation) ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸದ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವಿಷಯವು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಂವೇದನಶೀಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವುದೇ ತುರ್ತು ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳಿಂದ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊಂದಲ ಉಂಟಾಗದಂತೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಹೇಳುವಂತೆ, ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎಚ್.ಎನ್. ನಾಗಮೋಹನ್ ದಾಸ್ ಅವರ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸಿನ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಲವು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಂದ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಗಳು ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿವೆ.
ಅದರ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿ, ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
“ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೂ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗದಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು,” ಎಂದು ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ
ಒಳಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವಿಷಯವು ಕೇವಲ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಮತೋಲನಕ್ಕೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ವಿಷಯ ಎಂದು ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ನಾಯಕರ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಅವರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯಿಂದ ಅನಾವಶ್ಯಕ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳು ನಿವಾರಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟು ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಭರ್ತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ, ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕುರಿತು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಗೊಂದಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿರುವಂತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.
“ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Bommai Calls for Consensus on Internal Reservation
Bengaluru, March 2, 2026: Former Chief Minister and Member of Parliament Basavaraj Bommai has urged the Karnataka government to take all communities into confidence while implementing internal reservation for Scheduled Castes in the state.
