ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಜೆಟ್: ಹೊಸ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮಾರ್ಚ್,6,2026 (www.kannadapost.com): ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಲವು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ. ಹೊಸ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹೊಸ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿವೆ.

• ಕಾರವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ₹198 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ 450 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಮಲ್ಟಿ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ

• ರಾಯಚೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ₹10 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಟ್ರಾಮಾ ಕೇರ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರ

• ಮೈಸೂರು ಮತ್ತು ತುಮಕೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ₹92 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಪೆರಿಫೆರಲ್ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು

ಜಯದೇವ ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ

• ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ₹236 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಜಯದೇವ ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರ

• ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 400 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು 600 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ದರ್ಜೆಗೇರಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆ (₹180 ಕೋಟಿ)

ಅಜೀಂ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ಜಿ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಎದೆರೋಗಗಳ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ:

• 1,000 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಚಾರಿಟಬಲ್ ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ

• ಅಂಗಾಂಗ ಕಸಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ

ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಅಜೀಂ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ಜಿ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

2026–27ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ:

• ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮತ್ತು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ₹620 ಕೋಟಿ

• ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಉಪಕರಣ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ₹220 ಕೋಟಿ

ಹೊಸ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು

• ಪುತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 300 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜು

• ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಘಟಕ ಕಾಲೇಜು

• ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋಲಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ DPR ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ

ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು

• ಕಾರವಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾದಗಿರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ ₹100 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು

ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ

ವಿಜಯನಗರ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ:

• ಮುನಿರಾಬಾದ್-ಟಿ.ಬಿ ಡ್ಯಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ

ಜಯದೇವ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರ

• ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಗೋವಿಂದರಾಜನಗರದ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಮಲ್ಟಿ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಯದೇವ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ ಕೇಂದ್ರ

• ವೆಚ್ಚ: ₹15 ಕೋಟಿ

ಐವಿಎಫ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು

• ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವಾಣಿ ವಿಲಾಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ

• ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯ ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಐವಿಎಫ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ವಿಕ್ಟೋರಿಯಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಮರುನಾಮಕರಣ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವಿಕ್ಟೋರಿಯಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು:

“ಶಾಂತವೇರಿ ಗೋಪಾಲಗೌಡ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ” ಎಂದು ಮರುನಾಮಕರಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ:

• MBBS

• BDS

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬಾಲಕರ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ₹10 ಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನ.

Karnataka Strengthens Medical Education: New Hospitals, Medical Colleges and Super Specialty Centres

Bengaluru: The Karnataka government has announced several initiatives to strengthen medical education and healthcare infrastructure across the state.

The budget includes new hospitals, expansion of medical colleges and improved super specialty healthcare services.

New Hospitals and Health Centres

Several major healthcare infrastructure projects have been completed:

• 450-bed multi-speciality hospital in Karwar – ₹198 crore

• Trauma care centre in Raichur – ₹10 crore

• Peripheral cancer centres in Mysuru and Tumakuru – ₹92 crore

Jayadeva Heart Institute Expansion

• Regional Jayadeva heart centre building in Hubballi – ₹236 crore

• Jayadeva hospital in Mysuru upgraded from 400 to 600 beds – ₹180 crore

Azim Premji Foundation Hospital

A 1,000-bed charitable super speciality tertiary care hospital will be built in the campus of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Chest Diseases in Bengaluru in collaboration with the Azim Premji Foundation.

Medical Education Budget Allocation

For 2026–27:

• ₹620 crore for construction of medical colleges and hospitals

• ₹220 crore for medical equipment

New Medical Colleges

• Medical college with 300-bed hospital in Puttur

• RGUHS constituent college in Bagalkot

• DPR preparation for new government medical colleges in Vijayapura and Kolar

Super Specialty Hospitals

• Super specialty hospitals in Karwar and Yadgir

• Estimated cost: ₹100 crore each

Cancer Care Expansion

A cancer hospital will be established at Munirabad TB Dam to provide tertiary cancer care for Vijayanagara and Koppal districts.

Jayadeva Regional Centre

A regional heart institute centre of Jayadeva will be established at BBMP multi-speciality hospital in Govindarajanagar, Bengaluru.

Cost: ₹15 crore

IVF Centres

IVF centres will be established at:

• Vani Vilas Hospital, Bengaluru

• Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalaburagi

Renaming of Victoria Hospital

Victoria Hospital in Bengaluru will be renamed as:

Shantaveri Gopalagowda Hospital

Hostel for Medical Students

₹10 crore has been allocated for a boys’ hostel for MBBS and BDS students of Bangalore Medical College.
